BIRC 2026 – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, purchasing tickets, or booking exhibition space through birc.in, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service along with our Privacy and Refund Policies.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals and organizations that meet registration requirements. Exhibitors must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to their products and services.
3. Registration and Payment
- All bookings (visitor passes, conference tickets, exhibitor stalls) must be made through official channels.
- Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking.
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Exhibitor Responsibilities
- Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for ensuring their exhibits comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Exhibitors must adhere to venue rules, schedules, and instructions from organizers.
5. Code of Conduct
- Visitors and exhibitors must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
- Any form of harassment, abuse, or illegal activity will result in removal without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- BIRC organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property during the event.
- Exhibitors and participants attend and showcase at their own risk.
7. Event Changes
- Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, layouts, or other aspects of the event as needed.
- In case of postponement or cancellation, updates will be communicated through official channels.
8. Intellectual Property
All event content, branding, and materials are the property of BIRC and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
9. Terms & Conditions – Event Pass
9.1 Validity
- This pass grants entry to BIRC 2026 on the dates and venue specified.
- The pass is non-transferable and valid only for the registered attendee.
9.2 Identification
- Government-issued photo ID may be required at entry for verification.
- The name on the pass must match the attendee's ID.
9.3 Usage Rules
- Pass holders must wear/display their pass at all times within the venue.
- Lost or stolen passes will not be reissued.
9.4 Refund Policy
All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.
9.5 Code of Conduct
- Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully.
- Harassment, abuse, or illegal activity may result in removal without refund.
9.6 Pass Category Access (Provisional)
Standard Pass:
- Standard pass holders are granted access to the Exhibition Hall only.
- Standard passes do not include access to B2B meeting rooms, conference sessions, networking lounges, or any other complimentary facilities.
- Access to additional facilities requires separate registration or upgrade to a premium pass category.
- Entry to restricted areas without proper authorization may result in removal from the venue.
Note: These access provisions are subject to change based on event requirements. Please verify your pass category benefits at the time of registration.
9.7 Security and Compliance
- Attendees must comply with venue security checks and organizer instructions.
- Dangerous, restricted, or prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue.
9.8 Photography and Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for event promotion.
9.9 Liability Disclaimer
Organizers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during the event. Attendance is at the attendee's own risk.
9.10 Event Changes
Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, or sessions without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
