      Payment Policy

• Our payment gateway accepts payments through debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI.  All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. 
• Payments are subject to authorization by the card-issuing bank or payment partner. We use secure encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards to ensure the safety of financial data.
• Upon successful payment, users will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing transaction details. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, users must contact our support team.
• A payment may fail due to insufficient balance, incorrect details, technical errors, or restrictions by the bank/payment partner. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by such failures.

• Transaction charges, convenience fees, or gateway service charges are non-refundable.

    Terms Of Services

• This payment gateway is exclusively provided to process fees payable to the Dispute Resolution & Advisory (DRA) Wing of IREF. The gateway shall not be used for any other purpose, including purchase of goods, services, or unrelated financial transactions.
• Payments made through this gateway constitute the conciliation fee for initiating proceedings before the DRA Wing of IREF. Upon successful receipt and confirmation of payment, the DRA Secretariat shall formally register the matter and commence conciliation proceedings in accordance with the applicable Rules of IREF.
• A payment confirmation shall be issued electronically upon successful transaction. Parties are required to preserve such confirmation as proof of initiation of proceedings.
• All fees paid towards conciliation are non-refundable. Transaction charges, bank fees, or gateway service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Parties making payment must ensure accuracy of case details, reference numbers, and other information required at the time of payment. The DRA Wing of IREF shall not be liable for delays or consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. User data will be stored, processed, and protected in accordance with applicable laws and IREF’s privacy practices.
• The DRA Wing of IREF does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the payment gateway and shall not be liable for technical failures, downtime, or bank/payment network issues. 
• Use of this payment gateway is subject to the Rules of the DRA Wing of IREF and all applicable laws.
• Any disputes concerning payments made hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals at New Delhi, India.
