IREF Invites ONICOR Delegations to Participate in BIRC 2026, Boosts Global Outreach

The Indian Rice Exporters Federation (IREF) has intensified its global outreach ahead of the Bharat International Rice Conference (BIRC 2026) by engaging with senior officials of ONICOR. During the meeting, K L Ganju, representing IREF, presented dupattas and trophies to the Director General and Technical Officer of ONICOR.

On the occasion, IREF officially urged the ONICOR delegation to participate in the Bharat International Rice Conference (BIRC 2026), scheduled to be held on 23, 24, and 25 October at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The federation also urged the delegates to encourage rice buyers from their respective countries to attend the conference, highlighting the event as a premier global platform for business networking and trade collaboration.

BIRC 2026 is expected to set a new benchmark in the global rice industry, with participation from over 30,000 visitors, 2,000 exporters, and 300 exhibitors, representing more than 120 countries. The conference aims to create new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, investment, and trade expansion across the entire rice value chain.

Designed to position India as a leading hub in the global rice trade ecosystem, BIRC 2026 will facilitate direct engagement among international buyers, exporters, policymakers, and industry leaders while promoting sustainable trade practices and long-term partnerships.

Through such international engagements, IREF continues to strengthen India's global rice trade network and expand participation in BIRC 2026, reinforcing the country's leadership in the global rice sector.
