Punjab AAP President blamed the Centre
Punjab AAP President Aman Arora has blamed the central government is attempting to malign the farmers in Punjab. He said that the way they are accusing farmers of the pollution states how much the BJP and central government hate Punjab and its farmers. PUSA’s data states that on October 21, 2021, around 597 farm fires were reported, 393 in 2022, 146 in 2023, 65 in 2024 and 62 on oct 21 2025. He further requested them not to defame the farmers and the state. They are using nearly 1.5 lakh agri-residue machinery and the central government must now incentivize all the farmers from several states to decrease stubble burning incidents.
