BIRC 2025 Receives International Recognition By The Embassies of India in Poland And Belgium, Luxembourg And The EU

BIRC 2025 has received international recognition by the Embassies of India in Poland and the Embassy of India in Belgium, Luxembourg and the EU, as these embassies have published official statements on their websites highlighting key details about BIRC 2025 and urging regional rice exporters to participate in the event.
On its official website, the Embassy of India in Poland stated: “The BIRC 2025 will be the biggest ever rice exhibition cum conference, bringing together various stakeholders in rice value chain such as rice exporters, rice importers, research, technological organizations, various value-added products made by start-ups, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), financial institutions, shipment agencies including related government organizations in India on one conferencing platform”

On a related note, official website of the Embassy of India in Belgium, Luxembourg and the EU in India noted that as India’s agricultural production increases, India is well-positioned to play a crucial role in global agri-trade to meet the food security needs of the world whereas facilitating better foreign exchange earnings by expanding the overseas markets while ensuring better livelihood for farmers. The BIRC 2025, therefore, assumes strategic importance as a forum to reaffirm India’s commitment to reliable and sustainable food exports and to deepen partnerships with key importing nations.

Notably, Bharat International Rice Conference (BIRC) 2025 will be held on October 30 & 31, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. BIRC 2025, one of the largest conferences related to rice, will be organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, GoI. Through APEDA, the global event will serve as a platform to bring governments, exporters, millers, buyers, logistics partners, and policymakers together to stabilise and strategise for the future of global rice trade.

Additionally, speaking to the media, Dr. Prem Garg, National president of the Indian Rice Exporters Federation (IREF) said: “The global event will serve as a platform to bring governments, exporters, millers, buyers, logistics partners, and policymakers together to stabilise and strategise for the future of global rice trade”.
