Building on the success of the inaugural edition, BIRC 2026 is scheduled to be held from 23–25 October 2026 at Hall Nos. 4 and 5, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, India. The next edition is proposed to be nearly three times larger, with estimated participation of 30,000 persons across the business days and foreign delegates from more than 120 countries.
BIRC 2026 will also introduce an expanded third-day food festival, with invitations proposed for 5,00,000 affluent households. The edition is being designed as a never-seen-before experiential platform with nine curated experience zones to showcase India’s rice leadership, rice-based products, value-added innovations, culinary applications, technology, sustainability and global trade opportunities.
As global food systems evolve and international rice trade becomes increasingly strategic, BIRC is rapidly emerging as the world’s most influential platform dedicated exclusively to rice.
The numbers speak for themselves. The EY report has validated the scale. BIRC 2026 will build on that foundation.
