Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana distributed sports equipment kits, solar panels and e-rickshaws in the villages of Tigra, Harnaul, Saran and Bakana falling under the Radaur Assembly constituency of Yamunanagar district.
He interacted with the villagers and listened to their problems. He highlighted that the BJP government was working towards the interests of every section of society. He stated that focus was being laid on good governance through this basic mantra. Furthermore, Singh informed about his objective was that maximum development work should be done in the district, and maximum facilities should be made available to the common people.
Not only this, the minister cited that the state government had started various schemes to promote sports. He added, “the Sports Policy has been implemented by the BJP government. Today, the youth of the state are bringing glory to the state as well as the country by winning medals in national and international level competitions ”.
Citing that earlier, there were no facilities in the country in the name of sports, and players had to work hard without facilities to win medals, he underscored the goal of the Haryana Government in Khelo India is to create stadiums in every village and provide sports equipment and promote sports.
In addition, the minister said, “We have to give our full contribution in making the country a developed nation by the year 2047.”
Moreover, Singh appealed to the youths to take more part in sports to keep themselves fit, as they would bring glory to their country and the state.
